Terra Madre/Salone del Gusto Applications Closed! Deadline for submissions were extended to April 6th! Our region can boast the second highest rate of application submission in the country! Way to go Northeast!! Applicants will know by May 15th if they are accepted as delegates! Good luck to all of you!

5/20/2012: Just Cook It Potluck: Wildcrafting in Chittenden County!  Spring is the season to look in our immediate environs and start collecting food! Do some research, nag that wildcrafting friend of yours to take you with them, and bring some goodies with you to this great potluck! We'll share some great wildcrafting stories, and eat great!

5/26/2012: Hill Farmstead Brewery Anniversary Celebration. Stop by the Slow Food NEK booth while you sample a world-class craft ale! Great chance to become a member of Slow Food and find out more about our chapter!

5/27/2012: Cooking Class with Jessica Bongard's Sweet Lime Cooking Studio: It's the Little Things!  Small bites! I love small things.  And when food comes into the picture, there are no exceptions.  Come find out why I'm speechless for all dishes small and individually sized.  You don't have to be a Slow Food member to attend.  Bring a partner, a friend, or come solo and learn why it's the little things that count!
